I have an existing resort and restaurant on Koh Samet and am looking for a chef partner. The chef should have experience of working in a european restaurant as the intended menu is international. The restaurant has around 50 covers and is set on the waters edge with dining on a deck on the sea, in a cafe set on the street or in a large upstairs lounge looking out to sea.
The chef will have complete control of the kitchen including the purchase of supplies. There is no salary but the chef will recieve 50% of the profit. The last chef earned 20-40,0000 baht per month but the menu was specialised and I expect the profit to increase with an international menu, expertly prepared.
