This house consists of a main building, a separate storage house, a swimming pool and a garden designed by a landscape gardener. In the back you have a beautiful view. There is a big garden, a hill and the mountains of Chiangrai.

From the living room, there is an undisturbed view of the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The living room has large windows, which make the living area extremely light and give an open view on all sides.

If desired, there is enough space to create one or two extra rooms in the house. You only have to drive a few minutes to reach the centre of Chiangrai.

Construction:
In contrast with the traditional building styles in Thailand, all the houses in the park have been built on piles as foundation. For western people this is logical and normal, but it’s also very in contrast with the building styles in Thailand. Take a look at real estate investment parks in Chiangrai, Chiangmai, Hua Hin, Phuket and Krabi. The houses are very cheap, built with cheap construction material and not solely enough. Cracks in walls and subsidence of the foundation are a common phenomenon. It’s because of that reason many foreigners are disappointed in their investment. The price of the above house is more expensive than the traditional project houses on other parks, but than again you don’t have to worry about the quality of the construction.

A new house or this house ?
This house is built in 2007, so you can say it’s brand new. A big benefit is that you can move in directly without the shopping and fitting up (airco’s, cooking plate, gardening, etc…etc…) It’s all done !

In Thailand it is not possible for a foreigner to be owner of his land. In stead of ownership you can get a contract for “long term leasing”. It’s a reliable solution and when buying this house all the contracts will be transferred to the new owner. It will all be legally arranged.
